Returns
Domestic Shipping
UK We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days. Items are delivered first class (£7.86) within 2 working days.
International Shipping
EU is a flat rate of £15 (under 2 kilos) and takes 3 - 5 working days. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Cushions weigh in at 1.4 kilos, with feather insert. £48.06 for orders weighing over 2 kilos.
Rest of the world is a flat rate of £20 (under 2 kilos). We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Items are delivered within 5 - 7 working days.

Return and Exchanges
You have 28 days to return your item, from the date of purchase. We are happy to exchange or refund an item, provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. We will only exchange an item once. We will not exchange an exchange item. Please return your item to the returns address on the returns policy page. Returns are not permitted for items that have been damaged by the customer or put in the washing machine. Returns will be approved upon careful inspection of the item once received. You must provide proof of purchase, in order for a refund to be processed. Please use tracking when returning an item and make sure that it is fully insured for the price you paid for the item.
We will not be held responsible for any items that have not been received by us (for example - lost in the post). If we do not receive your item, we cannot issue a refund.
